Adam was quick, knowledgeable and extremely professional. He kept me informed during the process and made sure I understood the install procedure. When he was finished installing the new air conditioner, he walked me through correct operation, and made sure I was comfortable with future maintenance. I would recommend his business to anyone who needs heating and cooling services. I will be contacting him to complete a service on my furnace before winter sets in.

I had water all over in my basement as it was spewing out from my water tank. The first thing I did was freak out and begin to stress out. Adam calmed me down on the phone and was quick to come to our rescue. He showed me how to shut of my water to the tank and began diagnostic testing right away. He was punctual and fixed my problem the same day.Adam also installed central air in my home 3 years ago and it is still working great. I highly recommend him as he is very friendly and professional. We were in an urgent bind at the venue for an event and we had a contract with a large HVAC company, when they did not step up to the plate Adam from Kondra's Kooling did! Was at the venue within the hour, repaired our system and without discussing rates sent a bill for UNDER what we normally pay at the large commercial company for a standard service let alone a rush emergency call. Needless to say, we never looked back - switched our HVAC services to Adam that day. He has had our contract for a year now and services our coolers, ice machines, heating & AC. He is a handy asset for any business since his experience goes above and beyond the simple textbook job. 10/10 would recommend!

I found Kondra's Kooling and Heating on a facebook post and messaged asking if surrounding areas including my town. Adam was very quick to respond and didnt hesitate when he found out where I lived. He called the next day asking more questions and details and was very quick to get our new AC installed. He was professional and quick to answer questions and explain things. My garage heater went out and I had limited time and money to get a new one. After shopping around Kondra's Kooling definitely had the best prices in town. I gave them a call and they came in just a few days. Our installer Adam noticed the gas lines were not to code and fixed everything as required. He was professional, kind, fair in billing and above all the job was done very well. I am beyond happy with my new garage heater, it looks great, nicely installed, runs perfectly and knowing a local company is there to help with anything I need is a definite bonus. Adam is absolutely awesome to deal with. I had a heating issue in my house and wasn't sure where to start. I didn't want to go through a bunch of expensive fixes to resolve the problem. Called him and he were great. He found the problem, fixed it the same day and I had a reassurance that everything was good. Great feeling when you get service like that.
