Advanced Basement Solutions
I have been sub contracting leaking basements to Clayton of ABS for about 8 years at several multi unit complexes in the Vancouver BC area. Each and every time he came when he said he would and fixed the problem. I have never had to do a call back. He comes in, fixes the problem, cleans up, all the while keeping a friendly demeanour. I have highly recommended him several times and will continue to do so.5 star all around.

Clayton has completed work for our Strata Association in the Abbotsford/Clearbrook area twice now, both times he did excellent work. He is efficient, timely, and an expert in his field. Very nice man and staff. His prices are extremely reasonable for high quality work. We will definitely call him back for any future large or small projects.

ABS did some building water proofing for us ona tilt up concrete building. The work was done cleanly and promptly. The work has held up well for over a year now. What more could I ask for in this type of work? We are pleased.

Clayton was extremely professional. Work was completed in a timely. Explained exactly what he would do to repair our basement after we had a flood. The estimate was completed and even included pictures of the areas requiring repair. He also provided us with is liability and WCB paperwork. Thank you again Bonnie and Ed

Everything about doing business with these folks was easy. They were knowledgeable, polite, fairly priced, did a thorough investigation and Clayton had his dogs in the truck. I find dog people are always more trustworthy to work with lol. I'm a strata council VP, so I work with contractors all the time; moving forward, this will be my go-to company for all things basement.
