Hamid M N a Dr

Been dealing with tinnitus for years now. I felt he was very dismissive with me, looked at my ear for like 30 seconds and sent me on my way. I understand there's no cure for tinnitus but a more in depth look, and possibly an ear cleaning would have been appreciated. Very discouraging and unassuring, I left there feeling hopeless..

Don't bother getting referred here! Yesterday (June20) I spoke with the office to only find out that my daughter's referral (she is 3) was canceled and faxed back to our family Dr. She was referred April 27th and the office of Dr Hamid said it was because he didn't have OR hours... my daughter hasn't even been seen by Dr Hamid to know if she needs surgery!!! So now after waiting almost 2 months to see an ENT specialist we are back at square one thanks to the poor communication and lack of caring of Dr Hamid and his office. Not having OR hours isn't something that comes as a surprise! There was no phone call to us to advise us of this. I did call and leave a few messages with Dr Hamid; none of which were returned. Save yourself the trouble and get referred elsewhere. I don't usually write reviews but feel the need as this is unacceptable and shouldn't have happened.

Very thorough.
