Hands down the best vet clinic ever! The staff are always so friendly and warm, and so so informative. They always go the extra mile, and the vets take the time to thoroughly explain and go through your concerns. Cannot recommend this clinic enough! And my puppy LOVES going to this clinic!

We've been taking our dog and cat here for around 3 years and always have the absolute best experience. Staff are friendly, knowledgeable, and not pushy about trying to add on extras like some vets can be. You can tell they do what they do because they really love animals.

When we had to have our 12 year old cat, Lilli, put down recently everyone at the clinic was so kind, caring and understanding yet professional it made things much easier to bear. After discussions and deciding this was the right course of action to take, the euthanasia procedure was fully explained to us, we were then taken into a separate quiet room where we were allowed to spend as much time as we needed, at each step of the procedure, to stay with our little lady and say goodbye to her properly. She went very peacefully and it was definitely as good an experience as having to have your cat put to sleep could have been. Thank you specifically to Dr. Alex, as well the others who helped us, everyone was very considerate and caring.

This veterinary hospital is exceptional. Doctors, assistance and all staff are so professional and compassionate from your pets needs and your personal and emotional needs. Always explaining things in a professional yet simple way that the average person can understand. They give you the best opinion's for your pet with never forcing you into decisions. I began using this clinic several years ago when my late cat needed emergency medical care. He was at the end of his life, but their compassion through that process and the level of care they provided to both me and my cat has kept me coming back with the rest of my pets as well. They can generally accommodate urgent appointments and are professional, efficient, and always willing to explain their recommendations to me and give me choices. It's a good feeling to trust my veterinary clinic completely.

We've been taking our cat to the Hastings Vet for years now. I'm always very pleased with their ability to handle our shy kitty, and am grateful for the knowledge that the veterinarians share with us each time we visit. The hospital also sends us email updates that often contain helpful information. I appreciate that the hospital helps remind us about any appointments via e-mail, and we can book appointments that way as well.

Best veterinary clinic ever. We bring our cat Dinah and our dog George to this clinic. George had cancer treatment through the clinic and is recently 1 year cancer free. The staff are so friendly, we really feel that our pets are in the best care!
