I hired KBS to do some minor repairs to my aging wood retaining wall. He didn’t shy away from the “small” job. Communication was great from the start. Troy was quick to respond to my estimate request and came by quickly to view the job. He explained what would be done while viewing the jobsite and answered any questions I had. During the work, he went above & beyond by offering to help with something I had started plus fixed another small issue he came across during the work. Nice guy, good job! I would definitely consider KBS for future work on my property.

Troy & KBS Contracting was recommended to me by a friend that had a new front walk done by Troy. I liked it so much and found the look to be very modern and nothing like I had seen before. I called Troy and he was out to meet with me very quickly to discuss replacing my old walk. He worked out a design & plan for me and a date was set. The finished project is impressive and I couldn't be more pleased with Troy''s work and him. It was a pleasure working with him and I would highly recommend him to my friends and neighbors of who many have complimented my new walks.

Troy did a great job on our new rv pad. The online interactive quote made it easy to agree, and the utility locates and work started immediately after within a few days. All in all, KBS is not only well-run from a professional standpoint, but the physical work is completed in a skillful manner that only comes from experience. Also, Troy made sure the job was done to our liking and dropped off some extra rocks on the long weekend Sunday so we could get our trailer back home. Thanks again!

Troy went above and beyond to help transform our property and deserves the 5 star reputation he has. I reached out to get a quote and he showed up when he said he would, provided input on our retaining wall, helped set our final grade and provided a quote that he stood behind. He finished the project within the timeline provided and stopped by after completing the sod installation to ensure we were following the watering instruction. Troy has pride in what he does and it shows.

Troy and his crew did a great job removing my old fence and retaining wall and replacing it with a new one. Fair price and great to work with. I'm really happy with the quality of the final product in the fence in the alley looks great. Great job

Troy wasted no time in giving us a gave us a fair estimate on the framing we wanted around our side walkway . The work was completed by Troy and his team a few days later. They did exactly what we wanted and just like I had envisioned in my head. Highly recommend KBS Contracting

Very professional and accommodating. They did my back parking pad and my mother's front yard. We were treated very well and highly recommend their services for any landscaping jobs. Not to mention that the prices were more than reasonable. Definitely worthy of 5 stars in my opinion.
