I normally don't like poutine a whole lot but I was completely changed the moment I had my first bite of the spicy jerk chicken poutine! I cannot wait to try everything else on the menu. Well worth the drive to Ebony Bites!!!

I try to get here once a week, the food is fantastic, the family run food truck is clean and friendly. Try everything on the menu, it's not just the jerk chicken that is good here!

We tried Ebony Bites for the first time while at Falcon Brewery and it won't be the last.We shared the Ebony Bites dumplings and the jerk chicken poutine. Absolutely amazing, so good. Joan was amazing. Give them a try

Had the Jerk Chicken over rice and peas with coleslaw. The meal is flavor packed, the gravy is a big plus and the chicken was super tasty and tender! We came to Falcon Brewing to have some beer, and we’re incredibly surprised by the quality of food provided by the food truck outside! We had the Ebony Bites and Jerk Chicken Poutine, highly recommend to anyone in the area to try it out. One of the best meals I’ve had in years. Highly recommend both, but the Ebony Bites were on another level! Thank you for the amazing meal, and the owner was so nice!
