Dr. Msika is great which is the only thing I like about this clinic. The receptionists however are the worst. They never take calls and do not respond to voice messages. I have been calling and leaving messages with no reply. Been waiting for their feedback on a Derma appointment they are meant to book. Poor service from them.

Extremely fast, effective front desk. Doctor’s assistant took down the info and did blood pressure/oxygen to cut off the time waiting for the doctor. Doctor was thorough, heard my thoughts on what it might be, reassured me of the diagnosis and prescribed the necessary meds. Less than 10 minutes wait

The Doctors are amazing! All of them! Just amazing. But!!! The front desk staff are overwhelmed! Overworked! Not their fault, emotions could come into view but overall, professional as always.I'd love to see someone step into their shoes for a day and see how it goes.

I have been a patient for over 10 years. Best patient care delivery and customer service. Thank you for the doctors, nurses, technician and medical admin at this clinic for helping me. It is obvious that the wait times for walk in will sometimes be busier than other days. The girls at the front are farily nice and work well under pressure. I witnessed them today dealing with a rude peron and handled it very well. Which, I am suprised by these mean comments. Some people can be very rude. They have a a laboratory and specialists that work there too. Overall, I have enjoyed every visit and so far no complaints. Thank you Dr Msika, Dr Shabash and Dr Tanya.

I have been visiting this clinic for about 7 years at least once a year for my yearly check up with Dr. Sabash who is very nice dr. But the real hero here for me is and dr. Shabash assistant call Tania, Tania is so caring...the seconds after she start consultation with you you start feeling this huge caring from Tania and I am Telling you here this amazing Human being is like God on earth she hit whatever is making you feel sick right on it. I just came back from Costa Rica on a vacation trip, I returned with diarrhea and strong Sinus infection and one visit to Tania and the next day all symptoms and I am back to feeling strong as a Horse...may the lord keep the entire team at this place save and strong...You wanna get better, go and seed Tania...she is like a wonder healer...me and my wife a girl from Singapore we both see Tania and we love here for giving us back our healt and lot of caring.

If I could give this place 0 star I would. By far the worst customer service and patient doctor service I have ever recieved. 1st off the young receptionist is highly incompetent. The amount of times she has given the incorrect phone number to the doctor is unreal. Books me for an inperson appt and expected me to wait for the walkins to get seen first. What was the point of booking an appointment. Constantly missing my virtual appointments due to incorrect phone number. The doctor is a whole other issue. Went in with multiple concerns didn't get the referral I wanted and didn't get the blood work or other tests I asked for. It's been 11 days since the results of the tests I did were submitted to the doctor and the incompetent receptionist told me the doctor hasn't looked at them yet because he's busy. This clinic is a shame to our health care system. I didn't even choose this place it was assigned to me as my family doctor left. Stay away if you have a choice. Please don't respond by telling me to make a complaint to the email you provide because the first time I had a problem with Jessica your receptionist no one returned my email or phone call.

Disrespectful Receprionist, waiting 2 hrs to be seen despite have already apt for both cardio and front desk. They have attitude and do not return messages left and not cooperating. And hang up on many patients over the phone. I had spoke to multiple patients who has same experience. It’s heat breaking when I see those clinics staff taking advantage of the system as patient needs to follow up with result. Those receptionists having attitudes and towards patients. I have seen Dr. Leon msika 2 times since moving to the area. While I understand the medical industry is under a lot of pressure he really does not seem happy to be working. There is no connection with his clients and he comes off as dismissive. I think he even expressed this the first time I ever met him , complaining about his work hours.His resolution for me both times was to see how I feel and then come back. At the end of my visit he made it a point to tell me I was seeing him for too many issues after I asked for a referral to a dermatologist . “Ya go tell the front desk to fax it, I’m already doing you so many favours, seeing you for more than one issue, you should only be seen for one issue at a time.”It’s fine to remind clients of the policy, if there is one, but I didn’t appreciate the attitude and lack of empathy. He should understand that the office’s hours of operation are during regular business hours. As a result, some people can’t afford to take more than one day off work to visit , so when they do manage to take time off to go to the walk in, they may have more than one concern to ask about. Secondly, people generally don’t want to go to the walk in more than once a week and risk getting sick while waiting in a room with other patients.If I ever return, I’m going to make sure I ask for another doctor because he was terrible.

Appointments are setup for 10 mins so theyre always consistently behind schedule by more than 1.5 hrs. Make the appointments longer so people dont set them up and still end up wasting half their day here without even getting to see a doctor.Edit after reply: thats exactly why I said dont book 10 min appointment slots when every single one takes longer than 10. Giving the best possible care is required and expected. You’re not going above & beyond by doing that.

Never went here before, saw Dr. Waseem within 15 minutes of walking in the door around 11:30 on a Tuesday (including paperwork and assistant getting my history)Very thorough and quick, I was hesitant before about this one from reading some reviews - but there's always a negativity bias for any medical place - so throwing mine down as a normal person - everyone at the clinic was great would not hesitate to see the team again.
