Master Tune-Up

Went in to get my brakes done, I knew I was due for an oil change and a few things were needing to be done as per my maintenance record from my dealership. I spent a 1/3 of what my dealer would've charged me and it was done exactly in the time frame I was told. Really pleased with the service and clarity of the procedures to be done. Would recommend for oil changes, brakes, filters, mufflers etc. Looks like chaos inside but that's what a busy mechanics office looks like.

Brought my car here on different occasions for exhaust and brake repairs. Robert and Ben provide excellent service each time and get the job done well and done quickly. Price is also very affordable compared to other shops. Ben does a great job looking after my car and even takes small details into consideration.

I've been going to this shop forever from my boyfriend's referral. Service is great, price is extremely reasonable and the owner Rob has always been helpful whenever I went to them. They're professional and super nice in helping me get the best deal possible. One time I scratched my car, Rob even offered to help me arrange a courtesy car with an auto body shop he has connection with so that I didn't have to drop my car off at two places (body shop and this shop for some internal checkup) AND I could have a car to drive while my car was in the shop. I was so amazed by how nice they were. I couldn't understand why some other comments were so negative (and aggressive), but my experience with them has been amazing.

I got my out of province vehicle inspection completed at their shop. Robert was great, and was able to schedule me in for the same day. Only took an hour or so for their mechanic to complete the inspection, and the price was very fair. My vehicle has only been lightly used so I didn't expect any major repairs needed, which was the same as their assessment. Happy with their services and honesty, and would definitely go there again!

The guys are nice enough, that's where the good stuff ends. First I ended up here to get some tires installed. They were not balanced correctly and I ended up with horrible shaking on the highway (they were perfectly fine on the old tires).I went back to get it fixed, credit to them they did rebalance them and they are ok now. However while I was there I decided to get my brakes bled. Why I decided to do that after the wheel issue I'm not sure. Anyway, they seemed to do a fine job with them. Imagine my surprise when a few days later, I went to put down my popup lights and one of them got stuck. I popped my hood and found this (pictured) jammed in the assembly. Some kind of tool I've never seen before. I'm 100% sure it came from them, as they were the only ones under my hood between the bleed and me driving it next.There is a reason I generally avoid shops working on my vehicles and this place is a prime example. If you want it done right do it yourself.

I got my front and rear pads replaced a couple weeks back, pricing was very fair and the job took less than an hour. He quoted the exact amount I ended up paying. Robert is pleasant to talk to and the mechanic did a good job. It seems from the reviews that, overall, the prices are reasonable and the work is honest. I will definitely come here again, thank you.
