Best experience I could have expected from a naturopathic clinic. Very professional, compassionate and knowledgeable doctors.

Dr. Elena charged me $345 for a consult. I went to her with one issue and took a charge of the conversation and had to re-direct her often and even get her to focus as she seemed a bit scatter brained. The only piece of information that I walked away with is that I need further testing that will cost me $500. I was given a sheet on benefits of IF and 12 dirty foods, I did not ask for that information nor did I need it because I practice it already. I walked away from an appointment telling me my blood work is not enough, I need further testing, and that was $345.00? Not fair Dr. Elena. I will not be back. Naturopathy is holistic care and holistic care should not be scamming people. If your prices are so high you should be transparent with people before hand and not staple things onto their bill that they don't need like how to IF when that information is available for free all over the internet.
