What a disappointment! How many versions of mac and cheese does one restaurant need? Twice now we have gone for wings and they come out undercooked. Can't even get a steak anymore. I miss the old original hub in Stratford, we used to go at least once a month and took many friends, not anymore

Yeah place is no good. My wife is celiac and we understand if the cannot accommodate. Totally fine , just be honest. Instead we explained what she would need and we were told....and I'm not kidding ... if she is that sick she should never leave the house" . Despite this we tried again months later. This time there was some effort

New Year’s Eve 7pmWanted to have the rib dinner, sold out!! But the place was empty We had the followingBangers and mash $25Sausage tough skin and not good, the onion gravy was okFish & chips $22Two pieces of small portion fish, fish was goodChips ok, no coleslaw or tarter sauce with mealGravy was tasteless and waterySorry Hub! We like to support local but this was our last visitSheila our waitress was excellent but obviously embarrassed

Food was great, waitresses were nice but the service overall was slow. We arrived ordered drinks and food, and 3 other couples arrived after us, all of whom received their food first despite having ordered before them. I'll go back for the food.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. Went there on a wing night, waited 10 minutes to even order our drinks. Then waited another 10 minutes to get the drinks. Then we order our wings.A table of 3 guys were seated about 25 minutes after we got there, in fact they were the last table to be seated. But somehow, they were served their wings and drinks before anyone else.We ended up waiting almost an hour for 2 orders of wings, and the small size nacho plate.Food was cold, the lemon pepper wings were so over seasoned that the seasoning could've peeled paint off a car. And all said and done for 2 pounds of wings, nachos (with no meat, because to add meat is $6?!??!) our order was over 100$ with trash food, trash service, and being ignored when asking why other people got served way before us when they sat down after everyone else.Worst dining experience I think I have ever had. And this carries on into other hub locations. Same garbage different town100% DO NOT RECOMMEND

Logan was the best waitress ever! Food was delicious, service was amazing! Sangria wasn’t on the menu but ask Logan and she makes the best one ever! And live music on top! Deep waters music. Great night!

Good service, good food but the portions are very small and prices are too high.I paid $24 before tax and tip for a shrimp pasta bowl and nothing else came with it. The bowl was about half full and had to come home to make myself something to eat because was still hungry which is the reason I went there. Probably won't be back.
