Everyone was exceptional , the dentist and assistant were friendly and expedient . Carol at the front desk whom administered my dental benefit claim was one of the best people I’ve ever met in my life . There is not one bad thing I could possibly say about north Burnaby dental group . They are the best of the best . I recommend them on a regular basis .

Went for routine check up & cleaning appointments for myself and two children (12 & 14 year olds). Friendly reception, super nice and efficient hygienists, and Dr. Harry is the best! Explains everything, and very kind.

The BEST Dental Group EVER!! All the staff are very friendly, helpful and professional! They have been taking care of me and my family for over 25 years! Especially big shoutout to Dr.Houchmand and Carol!! You're the BEST!! I highly recommend to anyone if you want the best dental care provider!

Recently switch all my dental services to this dental clinic, due to the location being conveniently close to home. And I did not regret a bit! My old provider was great, but these ladies and gents are really going above and beyond to provide top service. Location is great, lots of parking available, nice clean and well organized clinic, extremely helpful and nice front dest staff and amazing hygienists and dentists! Great value to the neighbourhood.

Not impressed with this visit. My 14 year old daughter was dropped off for her hygiene appointment. She was asked to fill out a health questionnaire. She did the best she could but was not totally confident. My wife had to come in a short while later to read over the paperwork. By that time, there was doubt whether there was enough time for teeth polishing. You need to inform patients beforehand that they will be filling out the health form in case they need assistance. Even better, have patients fill out the paperwork at home and have them bring it in or emailed.

North Burnaby Dental was recommended to me by a neighbour when we moved to Vancouver in 1988. We still go there! Dr Houchmand is an amazing dentist. He knows his stuff, I have ultimate trust in him. The staff, mostly Carol are supportive and caring.Going to the dentist is not my fav thing. I’m so glad I found amazing dental care and wonderful people to support me and my now grown kids ❤️I highly recommend!
