These guys went above and beyond to help my son when his sled broke down. They not only came over to pick his sled up but while being short staffed at the time the sales team rallied to get him fixed and back on the trails. With all of there efforts and being incredibly fair to him for the service cost.

Got my 850 up and running within an a few hours no hassle - no issues, they saved my sledding week.Huge shout-out to Jason for the help!

Put 5 holes through my heat exchanger and ruined my track. The guys are Plourde & Plourde were able to weld the heat exchanger and install a new track in 3 1/2 days and were more than fair on the bill. Incredible service.

Drove 10 hours from home only to get on the snowmobile trail and have problems with my sled the first morning. Service department rushed me in, repaired the problem, and got me back on the trail at a reasonable price. Thanks to them my weekend wasn't a total loss. What a weekend!

The service at Plourde & Plourde is excellent! I was in Carobu snowmobiling with my family for a week. Twice we had a sled break down and they got us back on the trails right away. I highly recommend Plourde & Plourde!

OUR RIDE 2021Let's just cut to the chase right now.......These folks are incredibly awesome!Our group of 17 friends were on day three of our 4-day motorcycle ride when one of our bikes needed a part replaced asap.When we called them from the Woodland Big Stop (yes, Woodland) they informed us they had the part but were closing at noon. We would not make it there by then for sure! THEY offered to leave the part outside in a secret location for us to get when we arrived on-site.One of their mechanics even noticed us come in and showed up for some moral support!This was an awesome display of Aroostook hospitality helped avoid a possible roadside breakdown that would have left Tailgate stranded!!THANK YOU PLOURDE'S!!!

Call ahead while having lunch at the par and asked if they had a skidoo oxygen helmet in stock and they did and they set it aside. Headed over after lunch. Try it on and out of the store. We went with a new helmet.

Customer service is top notch. Nick dropped off the needed part during his lunch to get me back on the road.
