Stallard Towing

I first met Alex of Stallard Towing in the Summer of 2007 when I was involved in an accident and my vehicle had rolled over. The service provided was excellent and Alex looked after me and my family.Since then I have used the services 9 other times for my family. A breakdown for my sister, tire change for myself, an accident for my friend and fuel for another family member, another accident and so on. Each time Stallard Towing has arrived promptly, took care of us in a friendly, professional manner and has either given the service for FREE or charged very little. Thank you - keep up the good work.The comment by the other person (who does not give a name) has to be a disgruntled competitive tow driver because Stallard Towing is recommended by the police.Patsy Donald.

Alex at Stallard Towing was amazing, he helped me out in a pinch, was very friendly and came to rescue me right away. Most definitely will be calling Alex from now on if ever needed.

Alex came to my rescue while stranded on the side of the 400 after my tire blew out. I’m so appreciative that he stopped to check in on me and offer to help me out. He was so kind and I would not hesitate to give him a call the next time I need a tow!

Driving along busy Thanksgiving Weekend evening on the 400 NB. Flow of traffic 110-120. Rear view shows large vehicle whipping in and out of traffic at least 140. Weaving in and out of vehicles in very tight situations. Gets off at Holland Marsh. Last I checked, Tow Trucks weren't emergency vehicles. If you are a tow truck operator, please don't endanger other people with reckless driving behaviours.

They were stranded on the side of the road late at night and a convenience store worker passed by and said when he got to work, down on highway, he would call for assistance. His boss recommended Stallard Towing and Alex, you came to the rescue. Thank you for getting them off that dark road that night and bringing them home. You were right it was a small job and I was able to fix it myself in the light of day. Richard

Thank you, thank you, thank you to Alex of Stallard Towing. 3 days ago I was getting gas when my car automatically locked itself. My 6 month old was inside and my keys in the ignition. I went into panic mode. I heard a voice shout out from the next pump over, asking me if I was okay. I shouted out that I locked my son inside and then realised I was telling someone who had a tow truck. He told me not to worry that he would take care of it. He opened my car in what was probably seconds and my son who was asleep did not know of his mother's mistake. Alex did not charge me anything and put me at ease (that I was not the terrible mother that I was feeling I was). Thank you Alex, you were in the right place at the right time.

Very friendly, customer oriented service... Got in to a pretty serious single car accident. Was feeling at a low because I was pretty short on funds & I had just totaled my car. The guys at Stallard towing went out of their way to ensure I would arrive home safely, and they towed my vehicle at a very very reasonable rate. I would recommend this company to anyone that has ever had a bad experience with other towing companies. Or if you're a first time user of a towing service. I applaud and commend the customer service and understanding I recieved. THANK YOU STALLARD TOWING!!!!

Wow! Just wow! What a life-saver. I blew a tire on a very busy highway during rush hour, and my CAA had expired. I called another tow-truck company, and they refused to come and help me (the told me to text *677. My text to *677 didn't do through, and I was trying to figure out how to get my car to a garage and get myself home (60km away).As I was trying to figure this out in my head, and trying to get the *677 text message to work, I heard the knocking on my passenger side door, with Alex peaking in. What a pleasant surprise. Long story short, he changed the flat tire with the donut I had in my trunk. Very professional and courteous and informative. I'll always remember Stallard Towing and Alex. Thank you so much!

Alex was such a nice person and caring, he helped my husband with an accident he got into. Alex was also very helpful when I need to gather my husband's belongings from his vehicle, he gathered everything and placed it in my vehicle. He was very professional and kind.

Alex was quick to respond. The air bags deployed in my car accident and he quickly checked to see if I was alright and if I needed medical attention. Thankfully I didn’t. He was polite and professional. He cleared the road from the accident debris as well as helped me collect my belongings from my car. Alex took me to meet my husband at the next available car pool parking lot. He even offered a rental car to me before he knew my husband was coming for me. He was patient and attentive. From the car pool parking lot he escorted us to the closest police station. He never asked me for money. He dealt with my insurance for me. He is honest and kind. I’m thankful he was there to help me that day. I will definitely forward his name and number if someone needs a tow.
