I am so saddened by my experience today. I showed the lady who was doing my nails a picture and said “i want the exact same thing” and she said “okay! i will do that for you”. It was going fine until she cut them wayyyy to short, shorter than she had shown me she was going to cut. and then the shapes were all wonky. then she started putting the acrylic base on, i asked for a clear base, and she put nude on. i asked her why and she said to cover my calcium spots? i didn’t want my spots covered, i wanted clear base and she knew that. she then proceeded to paint the design i asked for, and with no surprise- the design did not look like what i asked for what so ever. I asked her to fix it and she only made it worse cause uneven layers on my nails. i ended up just paying and leaving and went somewhere else to have them removed. waste of money will not be coming again. I do not recommend this nail spa.

Appointment was Feb 7/23 I was a little disappointed as the girl that worked with my feet and nails was having a personal issue with a condo she owned in Calgary-most of the time she was on her cell phone discussing the issues with someone, she was very unhappy and it showed, she was quite loud all this while working on me-she set the phone down and put it on speaker. This should have been a nice relaxing time however with what was going on it took away what should have been a nice experience. This was a gift from my son who paid $94.15 so again I was disappointed that she was not focused on the client rather than her personal issues which should have been dealt with after work or on her break --Carol Embury

Michelle did my nails here. She was amazing. Made sure every detail was PERFECT.

Michelle is very good at nails, especially white tip, is polite and treats you like your royalty. I really enjoy getting my nails done at blissful.

Acrylic nails are great. However I got my acrylic nails off yesterday from the man that works there and asked for a peach colour nail polish instead. Plain nail polish is all I wanted. Got a bright orange instead and the nail polish has already cracked and chipped. The woman that was in there with him didn’t listen to a thing I said when I had an appointment booked to get the nails off, she kept wanting me to get a pedicure. When my nails were drying, the man left to work on another customer and disregarded me being there. Poor customer service and I would rather spend the couple extra dollars somewhere else to have a nice and relaxing time where I am treated nice and my nails look good.

Thank you michelle for doing an amazing job. I loved the service and it was clean . I also want to thank you michelle for correcting my daughters nails that were crooked and way to thick and made them look amazing again.

The best place in Albertato have nails and other services done. The staff is phenomenal. Please drop in or make an appointment to have nails facials even leg treatments done.

Love the place & people there specially the owner. Got my nails and Chinese Traditional massage done and I am very happy with the service. Keep up!
