Excellent practitioners, excellent facilities.I'd trust my kids ith these doctors but they only do pets

If I could give zero stars, I would. I can’t even begin to describe the amount of time and money we wasted at this vet. We took our cat here to address an issue she was having with her ear. We were at the vet every single weekend for two months straight and ended up more confused than when we started. Towards the end of our time at this vet, we had a question regarding the (what we now know is useless) medication that was prescribed to our cat. We called over several times trying to get a clear answer from our vet tech before we started the medication and each time the receptionist said “they’ll call you back later today” - spoiler alert, they never did. In one of the last attempts to get clarity, they said that our vet tech no longer wanted to deal with our case and gave the file to a different vet, who also never reached out to us.Despite how awful the experience was, I wasn’t even going to write a poor review, until what we recently discovered. We took our cat to a new vet, they did ONE $30 microscope test and INSTANTLY solved the issue. And it turned out to be a very basic/common issue at that. It’s beyond me that after two months of regular visits to this clinic they couldn’t figure that out. So much time and money wasted, and not to mention, unnecessary trauma for our cat.I can’t speak to their knowledge of dogs, but if you have a cat, I highly recommend that you avoid this place.

Used to go to another clinic. My cat had a rare condition and it’s only once I changed clinics that she was rightfully diagnosed and healed. Never seen her this healthy since I adopted her. You have changed her life forever. Thank you so much for all your hard work and dedication. Nice staff, they are kind and attentive.

worst vet experience in montreal.the visit was 30-40 minutes but the vet spent 5 minutes with my dog and i. my ill dog, who is usually great with people and ok with other vets, was terrified of this vet. i can't say for sure what triggered my dog but the vet kind of lurched out at him and made aggressive gestures, which were noticeably odd at the time (the vet seemed uncomfortable or didn't know how to approach animals). it made the examination very difficult and the vet gave up in the end, didn't really make a diagnosis and still charged me.also: (1) while i waited in the examination room alone after the examination, the staff and vet were on instagram or something chatting and giggling for 15 minutes instead of attending to patients or wrapping things up so i could get out of there. and (2) it was more expensive than other vets in town.

I had a great first experience in this clinique! My beagle Sheridan was previously a lab testing animal and I wanted to make sure he is healthy/up to date with his vaccines. I tried more than few vets that do not accept new clients or put me on a long waiting list. Fortunately, I was able to find this clinique through a Facebook ad and they booked me an appointment really fast. Although we live in Laval, I am confident we will continue returning here! The staff is amazing and really professional! They tried their best to make us comfortable during the visit ! Although my dog was nervous and hates vaccinations, he was handled with care and not even an hour after our visit he was happily running in the dog park. The vet Dre Caroline Picard ( she is amazing!!) also outlined what procedures my dog will need without pressuring me into them and she did offer me alternative options. She also outlined a plan for next year's vaccination and pending procedures, therefore I am able to prepare from now / plan ahead of time. The vet technician was also knowledgeable about the place from where my dog is coming / knew how to deal with the laboratory documentation that I had, and she was kind to assure me that my dog should be fine since I was genuinely worried about him. Furthermore, I think pricing was also very reasonable. Overall I am really happy about my experience there and would highly recommend this clinique !

Had such a good experience. The technicians and the vetranarian are both so friendly and patient. My dog was so nervous about getting his vaccines, but the vet was so patient with him. Highly recommend! The team is very welcoming. Very modern decor.

I have been here twice for my 3.5 month old kitten. The first visit was for his initial checkup and the second visit was a month later, when he developed diarrhea and nausea. The doctors and staff were wonderful and super sweet with him. The prices are very reasonable.I took off two stars because of the oversight from the doctors assistant/attendant. At my second visit, the assistant who handed me the medicines, forgot to put the prescribed probiotics in the paper bag. My kitten continued to have diarrhea, until I checked my email receipt 4 days later and realized the probiotics were missing. When I called the clinic and informed them of this, they promptly issued me a refund for the probiotic.Friendly and warm service! However, there was this one oversight.
