Owner of this establishment is very friendly and informative, unfortunately the sales" personal that we spoke with didn't seem to know what the term sales meant. Considering we knew what we wanted and required replaced on our current fireplace he made the possibility of purchasing a fireplace insert from them complicated

Forest Glade Fireplaces removed our 40+ year old fireplace from a tricky spot, being ever so careful not to ruin the marble and wood trim that had been built in front of the structure. They replaced it with a new fireplace and honestly the new one looks like it has always been there. From the start, each staff member we talked with was positive, honest, and a pleasure to work with. I would highly recommend Forest Glade Fireplaces. Oh, and we did all this during COVID! :-) They know their stuff.

Had a great experience purchasing a Weber BBQ, right from the time we walked in the door to the delivery fully assembled right out back to our patio! Very friendly, knowledgeable and professional! This is definitely the place to go to get your BBQ, fireplace, fire pit, and home decor! Check it out!

I called to clean my fireplace. Guy was there 15 min said he tried everything? I have a dirty fireplace glass and 150$ poorer. Never again!
