The company effectively communicated to us the appointment reminder and we were notified that technician was on the way and he arrived early for appointment which was refreshing. Craig Hern did a great job with our annual maintenance of the A/C. He was thorough with a high level of detail which was documented for us. He was great at communicating the process and anything that we needed to know. I would/will highly recommend Peter Inch.

Great experience from start to finish ! Steve Gilbert is a gem .. personality and humour go a long way yet very professional. He gave my options and talked each one over with me. I felt no pressure and had time to make my decision. Installation was just as good !! Brandon, Luke and Jordan were all great… kind , courteous and efficient… super clean and explained everything to me. My furnace and new thermostat looks fantastic and I’d have them back any time to do more work. I’ll be calling them when my air needs replacing ! I like that it’s a local company too…. Relatively new but the gold standard name of Inch…. If you call “Roy Inch”…. That company has no Inch left there….so PETER INCH and Associates is the one to call !!!Great experience… thank you to all involved.

We had a wall mounted Mitsubishi air conditioning unit installed. Brandon and Kenny were amazing. So professional, pleasant and personable we couldn’t be happier. My outside AC unit was having some issues constantly running when it was off. With recommendation from a co-worker, called Peter Inch & Associates. Came by for the service very quick. Brandon B. was friendly, understanding (of the 2 little ones running around everywhere in the house) and very knowledgeable in his field. Before you knew it, he had found the problem with the contactor that was welded shut and we had it replaced along with the capacitor for good measure. Now everything is working perfectly. After our furnace stopped working, and at the recommendation of a co-worker, we called Peter Inch & Associates in to take a look at our system. They diagnosed the problem in a timely manner and provided a timeline and cost for repair. Based on the age of our furnace, they also mentioned the possibility of upgrading.We had someone come out that night, after hours, and take a look at our system. They put together three quotes for us, along with a recommendation to add in a return air vent in our basement. Stephen was very knowledgeable and answered all our questions, along with providing us his thoughts and advice about the situation. There was no pressure, and I appreciated Stephen's professionalism throughout the process.We decided to move forward with the furnace install and were told it would be guaranteed in by the end of the week, although they would 'see what they could do to move it up'. The next morning, barely 16 hours later, we had a call that their techs could come out that day.Brandon, Brandon, and Josh were out by noon. They took away our old furnace, installed the new one, added in a new return air vent, cleaned up the piping and electrical, and had the new system up and running within 5 hours. The furnace itself is excellent, but the service and support received from Peter Inch & Associates is even better.We are very happy with our new furnace, and want to sincerely thank Peter Inch & Associates for their support and getting us set up with a new furnace during the coldest week in years!

We recently signed up for a maintenance plan with Peter Inch & Associates after many years with another company who decided to go the large corporate route which resulted in a drop in service standards and communication. Dealing with Peter Inch & Associates has been a positive experience right from the get go. Our tech Brandon was friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. He was here to do our A/C Maintenance and discovered a part that needed replacing. Brandon communicated clearly what was required and completed the fix and maintenance in a timely manner. In the future we wouldn’t hesitate to contact Peter Inch & Associates. They are doing things the right way.

My 8-month old department store purchased water heater was emitting VOCs and clanging and gurgling constantly (getting worse). The installers said it would settle down, but it did not. I decided to look for help elsewhere, and after talking to friends and reading reviews and websites galore, I contacted Peter Inch and Associates. Murray helped me choose a new durable water heater that does not release a chemical smell and Craig and Kenny did a wonderful job installing it with copper piping at my request. Neil was kind enough to join us and fix the drainage and pipe problems I was having so that the constant clanging noise stopped, and it does not occur with my new water heater. Everyone listened to me, treated me respectfully, and explained to me what they were doing throughout the process. All work was done neatly, and the area was left clean and tidy. We even shared a few jokes! Last night I had the first good sleep I have had in 8 months. I am profoundly grateful, and I highly recommend Peter Inch and Associates. They offer professional expertise and exemplary service. 5+ stars …

Fantastic experience!! We first had Nate out to do a yearly maintenance on our AC unit. He was very thorough and professional and discovered that our motor was leaking oil. The part was ordered, came in quickly and was installed efficiently by Craig, who was also very professional. Highly recommend Peter Inch!

It was Sunday July 9th, we called Peter Inch & Associates for our air conditioner that wasn't working. The gentleman that answered the phone was so kind and told us that Brandon Baldwin would be out in a few hours. Amazing service! Brandon Baldwin was very kind, knowledgeable and professional. He fixed our air but also checked out to make sure everything was working well. We have bought a maintenance plan through Peter Inch & Associates and feel confident that they will be here if we need them.
