Elements Casino Surrey

I don't normally go there, as it's the only casino where I can say I have never won anything, but it was an occasion, and suggested by another. Still a weird little casino, with all its levels. The little order-at-the-counter place upstairs was the only amenity open for food and drinks, and the floor staff seemed to flit in and out of existence.

I was at the Hot Rod Show in the parking lot of Elements Casino. Beautiful cars. Great weather. Free admission and parking.

Great place...we go on Sundays and it's pretty quiet. Always enjoy it and watch the horse racing too

I've been to many casinos in the states all off of the I-5 and Elements has all of the elements of a casino however its lacking the excitement and/or that ambiance to want to be there and stay in there, drinks are super expensive...

It's Casino pub food, and I'll leave it at that. At best a 6/10 on 7+ different plates that came to the table. It's hard to rate the food and service on a Friday night, short staffed and the poor serving staff are running their tails off doing their very best. We tipped well for the service but the food was just ok.

Went there for the promotion prime rib with lobster tails buffet for $10. Had to sign up casino membership in order to have the buffet. They also give you $10 credit to play. Cannot cash out with credit. wait time is 3 to 5 hours depends on time to get there. Food quality is decent for what it is. Don't expect 100 items like others. Good items are lobster tails of course. Prime rib, salmon with BBQ sauce, mussels, BBQ chicken, mesh potato. Fruits, salads and desserts. There is a daily limit as well so if you come late, they may refused to jam more people into line up. I heard people started to line up as early as 1pm. But if you come before 3pm, you can pretty much have a seat by 7. I went people because a friend won the skip the line so I tagged along. Otherwise I m not so sure about the line up for hours to have a lobster prime rib buffet. I would rate this for 3 stars simply long hours line up for this.

It’s a nice place. It can busy and bumping when they have events and live performances. Food is good games are good. They used to have a free Benz giveaway but I haven’t seen in a while. I went on a Thursday night and it was dead and some of the staff were not upbeat for it being a casino. So I give 4 stars instead of 5.

Very disappointed in this casino. Everything is dated. Old games that are out of order or showing signs of wear as is much of the decor. Unfortunately my luck was just as bad. The only good thing I can say about this location is the staff are all very pleasant helpful and friendly. Not enough to throw away anymore money though. I have visited twice and each time was the same. I don't think I'll be back.

Small but cozy and pretty decent interiors with all the necessities. Unfortunately buffet is close which I don’t know until when but their eatery is decent for burger and sandwich eaters. I recommend this casino as parking’s easy and folks are friendly.

They want to scan your id when u enter . My guess is to sell your personal info ? . Played hour with my 82 year old mom both lost 100 $.Maby got one feature. Didn't see anyone winning . Machines probly turned down to pay for sucurity.
