I purchased the Tropical mix and my plants have never been happier. Super responsive when I bugged them about out of stock items! Shipping was super quick and there was even a little extra surprise inside when I received it.

The owners really know their stuff and are not afraid of sharing their knowledge with you be a first time grower or seasoned professional. I have ordered more than once from Optimize and think they are a really great company with great products that are also priced well. This is the reason I gave any stars at all.However, with my most recent order, I lifted the bag of mini Leca balls out of the box and it split. Kind of wished I had bought bigger Leca! Kind of impressed with the travel distance of those little balls! Not impressed that I ended up with half as much. Clearly they should be packed in smaller bags or have the seams reinforced. Be careful!!The most unfortunate part is, when I reached out to Optimize, they seen my message and chose to ignore the issue. Super bummed about the lack of customer support. Super bummed that I will have to find another supplier. I was pretty stoked on these guys.***UPDATE***Optimize reached out to replace the product. Very happy they took the opportunity to correct the issue!

Jeremy was quick to respond to my inquiry. I was impressed with the depth of his knowledge on both soil science and the eco-friendly use of predatory insects to tackle pests. Clean and ecological solutions to soil depletion in my houseplants and an outbreak of spider mites and scale. Helpful beyond words. And he had my order shipped out promptly. Happy customer, I’ll be back!

Package arrived faster than expected. They threw in 4 packs of predatory insects which was amazing and nice bottles with simple instructions. Contacted customer service to ask some questions and that went amazing as well. I''ll be ordering again and updating after I've used the product for a bit.

I purchased compost tea supplies and feed my gas and they are loving it so far ! Fast Delivery to Alberta and my order came with predator mites and a sample bottle of Bloom liquid nutes . This stuff is fire and imo top of the line . Better then Gaia Green and any other Organic fertilizers on the market !

What an amazing group of adders for my plants. I had cut down my main mix from Green planet to 75% and replaced the 25% with Optimize liquid amendments. What an amazing difference . My PPM never went past 1100 . It was easy to work with. I was always one to veg an extra week or 2 ,but not anymore. These amendments sure made me happy! Well done to the group!
