staff are friendly and knowledgeable. they have lots of selection for all animals. They have dog training and grooming. This is the place to go if you want a pet, and if you need to know more about the pet you want. prices are fair.

We recently moved to the area and liked the PetSmart groomers near our old house, but this place is terrible. My dog always comes out extremely anxious and dehydrated, and they do not do a good job with the grooming. Her fur is always lopsided and her fur does not feel good (frayed and unhealthy). The last straw for me was when we had an appointment booked and were running behind and I called them to let them know we'd be 15 minutes late because of traffic. They said that would be fine. When I walked in 16 minutes past the time the man at the front proceeds to take his sweet old time walking over to me and then says it's 17 mins past, we can't take you (quite rudely). I was fuming and then left after racing through traffic. We called the manager later and they said the fact that we had a larger dog was the reason they turned us away. Never going back. Such a bad groomer spot and not worth our time.

I decided to get a fish due to my 2yr old being obsessed with his babysitter’s fishes. I went in not knowing anything. And with the help of a worker name Jordan whom for sure knew his stuff about fishes. I now have 5 fishes. Pet smart is very lucky finding someone like him to work at their store !

Big, beautiful pet smart with friendly staff. There are lots of betta fish and appropriate fish supplies, the other animal supplies also looked well stocked

I’ve been to this location a handful of times, mostly to shop for my pup and few times to get him groomed. The first couple times he was groomed, everything was ok, he seemed normal and happy coming home but the last home, he had cuts on his inner legs and he was extremely anxious and dehydrated when I picked him up. That was the last home I took him there to get groomed and have done found a gentler groomer whom my dog absolutely adores.Grooming aside, this store is always well stocked and majority of the employees are pleasant and knowledgeable. I recently took my dog back there to buy some treats for the first time in a long time and he really enjoyed himself.

Very friendly staff. This location is clean and shelves are stocked well. The staff in grooming department are friendly and explain things to you so you pick the package for fur baby.

Absolutely not recommended! Change absolutely do not bring your pet! they are not serious people! i made an appointment online for monday and the saturday before they called to say they couldn't for various reasons and they gave me the appointment for today but when i brought my dog ​​earlier they asked for vaccination certificate because only the booklet wasn't enough then having the certificate they told me that they couldn't do it today and that they would give me an appointment for next Tuesday! which I said was not right since the appointment was for today!! A star for them is too much! they deserve zero stars!

The team is helpful. It's nice I can check online for products before going in to see if they're in stock. I like they also carry natural dog treats and foods. The deals are cool, too! I've ordered online and received my order in multiple boxes. It was bizarre they used huge boxes for little things! But at least the boxes can be reused/recycled.
