Virgin Plus

All I can say is WOW! My aunt was in the market for a phone and I called this store and spoke with Jonathan who beat everyone else in regards to price and service! Jonathan himself has a great combination of deep phone knowledge, while being incredibly friendly and fun! I trusted Jonathan with helping out my family and it was a fantastic decision. I highly recommend him to anyone in need of a phone!

My husband had lost his phone on vacation in Florida and over the course of 3 visits to Virgin Mobile in Mic Mac Mall the staff there were extremely kind and helpful.Blair, Jonathan and Derrick went , in our opinion, above and beyond to help him in various ways. Their customer service was exceptional and they were all so kind, patient and accommodating.If you are looking for a new carrier or cell phone go visit these guys because they are the best!

Johnathan and blair provided me with the best customer service I have ever experienced. 10/10 would recommend. Super patient, carismatic, energetic and efficient. Was in and out with a new plan in under 10 minutes with everything I needed and wanted as well as some device free-bee's. Thank you!

Terrible customer service today from the male employee. I wasn’t understanding his explanations at additional charges . He raised his voice ,was very rude ,told me I wasn’t listening to him and called me derogatory names . I tried to explain that my not understanding was not intentional and I was not trying to be difficult . I told him I did it want to talk to him anymore because of his rude behaviour . The female employee was great and explained things . The rude male employee continued to be rude , frustrated and talked over the female employee . I will never use Virgin as a result of their rude employee.

As I was leaving the mall, I decided I would pop into virgin mobile just to see if there was any new deals going on. I am glad I did. Jonathan helped me step by step on a better deal for my phone which I was very pleased with. Jonathan was very kind and efficient in making sure I left with a winning deal. I highly recommend going to this location and if Jonathan is working, tell them they did an amazing job

Although it is a small store it is indeed located inside of Micmac mall they have a decent selection of phones and of course all of the new ones.I've been with Virgin plus a couple of times now and I have no problem with data service.The people working at this store are very friendly and very helpful. The even put a screen protector on for me.Saying how close they are to the main entrance it is actually quite convenient if you didn't want to go into the store.It makes for a quick stop in a hurry. Their displays are very nice and very well lit inside the storeIf you're looking for a new phone give this place I try :)

I switched from Telus to Virgin and the difference in service was immediately apparent. Hilary and Anthony at this location provided a level of customer service I didn't think existed any more. They anticipated my needs and quickly found me the phone and accessories I needed. Hilary was able to anticipate multiple settings on my apps to make sure my transfer to a new device - in a way I've never been supported by any other phone provider. She saved me about 10 future headaches in the span of 5 minutes. Hilary even gave me detailed tips in dealing with Telus customer service. Anthony was so calm and fast in getting the account set up and advised me of everything I needed to know. Even the 3rd employee Derrick who came back from a break greeted me like an old friend. I felt like the entire team here - led by the ultra-knowledgable Hilary - treated me like a long lost member of family in a very cool, chill way. I left feeling supported, understood and with a better phone and plan than I had before. I've worked in sales before and have never seen this level of expert proficiency in customer service. There is something magical going on in this store and Hilary, Anthony and Derrick are exceptional.If you're thinking of changing from a Big 3 carrier to someone else, get yourself to the Virgin Store in Mic Mall. It is a stunning experience and in stark contrast to how other stores treat their customer. Prepare to be blown away.Thanks!

Derick and Blair were awesome. Great duo team. Been a long time virgin customer and was in person with daughter. Derick was extremely helpful and knowledgeable and helped my daughter with her first phone plan. Thanks, we will keep our business with virgin bc of our experience.

I called ahead about an Apple Watch, took an hour long bud to get to mic max mall just to be told that I couldn’t get an Apple Watch?I would have appreciated if my account was pulled up or they said if you’re on a spending limit you can’t get one unfortunately.So back to beaver bank I go.Super friendly but they don’t seem to have all of the training tools they need to provide a decent experience.
