I bought 2 disposable vapes from here and they tasted burnt right out of the package and died after 2 hours

Went in asked buddy for a voopoo drag 2 and he tried selling me a regular voopoo drag not to mention the top that came with it sucks and waaaaaaaaaaaaay over priced ontop of it. you want anything that has to do with vaping go to a normal vape shop DONT waste your money at this place

Avoid Londonderry mall location specially if you are gift shopping.Dishonest owner sold my wife Cohibas with green mold ruining her gift and refusing to exchange with receipt. Make sure to check your merchandise well before you buy.Customer service is unexisting leaving you with a buyer’s remorse and bad memories, merchandise is not fresh, his stock is old.

My daughter bought an Oval vaporizer there, and it gave up the ghost after 1 month of use. This outfit doesn't care about customer satisfaction, as they offered no help at all. If this is how they do business, they shouldn't be in business for very long. I was going to buy a Volcano vaporizer, possibly from them (an expensive item) , but now they've lost my business forever.

I only buy my vape liquid from here. Best price alot of variety.

No customer assistance whatsoever. I have been a frequent customer but knowing what I know now I don’t see myself coming in any longer.TLDR I purchased a SMOK trinity alpha from this shop a little under a month ago, within that month the battery crapped out rendering the device useless. So I take the device to the shop for assistance and was referred to a small propped sign literally hidden behind some magazines stating no exchanges past 7 days....When I inquired as to what my options where I was told politely by the worker that “he just works here and there is nothing that can be done”Now I am left with a broken product (not to mention it was an out of box display model) and no assistance whatsoever.

I was there earlier today i lost my phone, the guys working there found it and when i came back the handed it back to me. Thank you. Great customer service and always very welcoming. Awesome place to buy lotto, smokes, vapes and more. Go visit them.

Great store , very friendly and huge variety of products. Recommend to try the big selection of ejuice and vapes . They have a lot of invetory of every smoker and vaper needs !
