I have had nothing but a extremely good experience with this company. I needed a system as my old one had decided to pack it in (different company). I called early in the morning and hours later the owner was at my place . He fully explained costs and products and was not pushy . I agreed to have them install a new system after considering all my options. With in hours they had a technician here to install it. . He was very professional and tidy. The very next day the owner followed up with me on everything. That is great service !

I can’t say enough about Force Security and especially Mark Kaine. I’ve used there security company for 15-16 years since our last break in and they’ve been prompt and very professional for any service calls. I’ve recommended them to several of my clients over the years and have heard nothing but praise. We were just broken into again last week and the monitoring couldn’t get a hold of us cause we were mid flight. The siren was cut but the thief but sensors still worked. Long story short, my son was home and Mark showed up right away to fix siren and check the system to make sure all was working. Just the peace of mind we had knowing Mark fixed amd checked everything is beyond words. Keep up the great work Mark and crew of Force Security.

We use this company for our business and home.We found them very informative Professional and helpful with designs in different areas of both business and home. I highly recommend Mark ,Damon & Sharon, These are the only 3 I've had the pleasure to deal with.I'm sure the rest of the employees are just as professional.

After 6 years of glitches & false alarms we are extremely frustrated and have lost all confidence in the unreliable system, the service techs and the sometimes monitoring station.Faulty equipment, mis-alignment of sensors at install & loose wires caused random alarms, mis-identification of equipment caused mixups when there actually was a problem with the sump, poor placement of equipment on installation caused false alarms and left holes in the ceiling when equipment had to be moved , horn that only ever worked once and nobody cared to fix it, covered smoke detector randomly goes off in the middle of the night so 4 fire trucks arrive for no reason, surly techs that refuse to investigate issues or properly test, techs that just aren’t sure and contradict each other and calls that never come from the monitoring station after alarm activations……so after 6 years paying for monitoring and a service agreement we’re now stuck with an unusable system that does nothing except beep constantly and needs to be replaced

Previously with Ensign, sold API. Very unhappy with API service on all levels. Force came in and upgraded my system from telephone hardwire monitoring to a modern system (at a reasonable cost). Excellent technical support and the installation was seamless. I'm happy with everything, especially the service. New system, everything is WiFi, and smartphone based. Can monitor status, and arm and disarm from phone. Local company. Would recommend.
