Used to be my condo’s building managers. Unresponsive most of the time and passive aggressive when they would respond. Please hire or train people in proper customer service and professionalism

The manager of this property management company is very unprofessional. During her tenure, we continued to have floods, and the manager did not have enough expertise to solve the root cause. We were forced to increase insurance premiums because of these floods. The manager couldn't effectively manage the basic cleanliness of the building. The past five years of the company's management, our building would always have a disgusting smell of garbage and food waste in the parking lot where the garbage and recycle bin are. There were flies in underground parking lots and elevators. Flies also traveled via elevators to other floors. We changed them 8 months ago and finally our building is in better condition. If you are looking for a management company, please avoid Gestior.

Unresponsive, unprofessional, they manage our condo building and everyone is wanting to sell and move due to their incompetence. They threatened to take us to court if we want to change management companies. Stay away.

Our building of over 250 units has been dealing with Gestior for a little over five years. Excellent service on all fronts. Responsive and professional. We had the pleasure of dealing with Ms. Katiana Emmanuel as our building manager. Very courteous and quick to respond to requests with detailed explanations. Great support for syndicates and makes the day-to-day management of a large building much easier. Only the most positive dealings. I highly recommend this company!

Poor service, non professionalism. They do not care about the people who (without choice) are buying their service. Even for emergency cases (water leaks, lock issues) they do not pick up the calls, respond to emails. Total failure!

I have worked with them on many projects. Specifically in the Longueuil building on Rue De La Barre. I dealt with Maura Barrans directly and everything always went smoothly. They always look to improve their properties in the best way possible. I highly recommend them.

It's been two weeks that I've been calling to ask for a magnet for my building's entrance, the most basic request. But the ONLY person responsible for it was on vacation for more than 2 weeks with no way of reacher her and no replacement.I find this absolutely absurd. What a terrible service.
