I've been using services from mobile care since 2018.The level of experience, customer service and professionalism is outstanding. The pricing is great and you won't be charged for items that don't need replacing.If your phone is faulty, take it to mobile care polopark mall~ there is no substitute.

*EDIT* I showed the sales representative my receipts & there was NO damage done to the phone after thisso-called repair".This place is the worst! I brought my sons phone here to get the screen replaced and paid just under $500 and a month later the screen went black and wouldn't work. The phone turns on and everything

One of the worst experiences I have ever had. The owner has so much attitude and he is absolutely rude with his own workers. I could see the employee getting pale blue after the owner talked with him in a rude way. He owns like couple of shops in polo park and the way he talks and his verbal communication really is intimidating and insulting. He thinks he owns the entire polo park or something. Such a ridiculous person I have ever met in my life. I would pay more to someone who has respect to the customers and even with their own employees but never will I ever do the business with such a person.I met with someone at the other shop and one of the employees there was telling me that he left working for this shop just because of his ridiculous behaviour with the employees. I didn’t even talk with him after observing his negative behaviour. Absolutely not recommending this shop. Go there if you want to get disrespected for cheap prices on used stuff.

This location always offers exceptional service. Very professional staff. I’ve had a great experience buying as well as repairing my gadgets. They have genuine and authentic products and accessories. Highly recommend this place to others.

DO NOT USE!This place is extremely unprofessional, I went to get a screen protector on my iPhone. When it was done I had a black hair stuck to my screen. I asked if it could be removed and done again or at least get my money back. But was told to leave. Unprofessional business practice. Also the employee was constantly on the phone/video chatting. Mobile Carr Polo Park is an unprofessional business. DO NOT USE.

The service was amazingly excellent the guys named Dave provided me the service was very helpful and professional, he knew all my cellphone issues completely and I really appreciate the team mobilecare.Highly recommend this place if someone wants to fix there phone or to buy any accessories.
