I went to pay my bill at TDS to avoid extra charges paying online, but it was closed mid day, with no hours posted. Also, I was unable to find the business hours online. The building itself was easy to find, but locating the entrance was a little confusing. I recommend they start advertising their business hours. Thanks

Absolute garbage internet service! Was getting 4 Mbps… yes that’s right 4. High price garbage and customer service is non existent. Will be canceling service and my company will be looking for a different provider as well

The absolute worst service I have ever received my entire life from any company. Three times they did not show up to hook up my internet. 5 WEEKS I have been contacting customer service. If you choose this company, have fun talking to people that don’t understand English and having to wait 1-2 hours on the phone just to talk to a human and after a 10 second conversation they just send you on hold again because they have no idea how to do their job. They hike up your rates to so buyer beware. Returning all my equipment today.

We are thinking of canceling the internet and going with Verizon. We love the channels we have and enjoy the options.. just getting too expensiv

I have found two exceptional employees from TDS. Both of these men have actually dug into my problems until a solution was completed. I appreciate the efforts they've made to resolve the issues.Unfortunately I only know 1st names.Joe and JasonFor some reason I've had out of the norm" issues

Tami Harding was excellent! She was very friendly, professional and transparent when it came to what she was doing. She walked me through setting up the eero router and troubleshooting. Great work!

Just awful. Shut off service on an account (2 days past due) that has autopay when they set up the autopayment for a date past the due date. Not only did they charge for this month and next month but they also charged the autopayment. $300 for one month of internet services?? No thank you. I'll be going somewhere else.
