Jason and the staff are ambassadors for the store speaking volumes to service. I have always enjoyed discussing my tractor requirements because I am treated to honesty and respect. It's the level of knowledge shown that has brought me back when I suspect I need work done.

Horrible experience- piling crates and equipment in front of your door does not tell customers that they are not allowed into the store during Covid-19. The one little tiny sign you did have was being blocked by a guy leaning on the crates. Yelling at customers is also not acceptable. This is one local business that I won't be supporting anymore, Covid or not .

Great experience with buying my new lawn tractor from them, the salesman showed me all the features when I was looking last week, gave me some time to think it over and when I decided to get it, I signed at 10 am and had a tractor in my yard by mid afternoon. Couldn't ask for better service.

I called ahead and asked about a belt. They told me they had it. And quoted me the price for the wrong belt. I asked if they where sure and they said ohh yes. Got there and they tried to give me the wrong belt. I told them it wasn’t right and they tried to tell me every way under the sun that I was wrong. Then they finally got their computer working right to tell me I was right about the belt size and that NO they don’t have one. But they’d have one in before 3 next day. Usually by lunch. And I asked if they’d get it in. They said. Hopefully by end of day today. Just poor customer relations. The belt was 150. I don’t own a combine or some fancy equipment so I guess I don’t matter. I asked if IIt’s up the road at their other shop and they said there’s two there. Useless.

Picked up a back pack blower today. It was a Stihll model 800 x. It's light powerful and will blow all of my neighbors pine needles back onto his own lawn.It was the display model and the guy behind the counter ( sorry I forgot your name) made sure it had fuel in it and took me and the blower out side to show me how it worked. That is top notch service.I bought a 44000 dollar car in a near by town and the gas tank was empty, like bone dry. Getting the dealer to put 20 dollars of gas was a nightmare. Here at blue diamond I was floored there was gas in the blower. It's my first time purchasing anything here but not my last.I'll be back for a zero turn mower.
