Dr. Roberts has always been quick to see me when needed and I’ve never had to wait long. The appointment time is the time he sees you. He is always witty and has great advice.

Booked an appointment here for my partner who really needs a Dr. He went in early as instructed by the receptionist. He did, waiting almost an hour, no explanation, no acknowledgement. Then another patient walks in and gets taken right away. He left, now to find another doctor. So no review, never even met him.

Dr. Roberts is a credit to his profession. He is proactive, thorough, caring and highly professional. His staff are likewise capable and professional. Rather than overbooking patients, which is all too common among Canadian doctors, he schedules appointments at realistic intervals and spends quality time with his patients providing a holistic and customized approach to addressing your needs. I consider myself fortunate to have been accepted as a patient.
