Thanks for all of you! It’s surprised that they provide a fantastic service to fix my glasses for free, even my glasses isn’t purchased by them. Also, staffs are very nice ! Good business starts from good service! They did it!

Great modern and classic selection with a range of pricing including the affordable pair I got for $150 (frames). Very nice interior, amazing staff. Osmond is very kind and worked with my needs of wanting a variation for the tortoise shell pattern - he special ordered another pair of the same color for me to pick my favorite pattern as each pair is unique. Offers Zeiss optical lenses as an upgrade, only $50 more than their base company - I am very happy with my experience and highly recommend.

Well maintained, clean and organized store environment. Sales representatives are very friendly, specially Pauline and Nicola. They were very kind and spent extra time to provide exceptional customer service from delivering professional advice for lens to choosing the suitable frame to fit my age, color and face shape. The price is fair and affordable, highly recommended!

I have been going to Osmond optical the past few years as they are my go-to place for my optical as well as sunglasses. They are very genuine, friendly, and most importantly they offer very professional advice. I never feel pressured into purchasing expensive eyewear products and they always offer the best advice in terms of styles that fit my profile. I may have recently moved further away from their store however I will continue going to them for all of my eye care needs.
