Requite homes is the best decision that we've ever made. We start the program rent-to-own in September 2021 and 16 months after we are buying back the house. This was possible because Amy and her professionalism and help. I totally recommend this program and specially Requity Homes to all my friends and all people who has troubles to obtain now a mortgage, but has as a goal buy a house.

We met via zoom and we instantly connected. They seen a problem in the housing market that affected so many qualifiable buyers being turned down by lenders for not meeting all their current lending criterias. They discovered a way to bridge the gap from being stuck paying ridiculous rental rates to affordable home ownership. This is a company that actually cares and to me that speaks volumes.
