I have had wonderful experiences at this clinic.Tina has been looking after my skin for a few years now andmy skin looks and feels amazing.Microneedling, hydrafracial, IPL treatments and skincare products have elevated my skin to a new level.The entire staff at this clinic are well trained medical professionals and doctors.I would not have anyone else looking after my skin.

I saw Dr. Taylor after a referral by a family member. He is so amazing at what he does. Highly recommend this Dermatologist.I heard about Tina while at Grace Med and have visited her for laser and micro needling treatments for a few years now. She has completely changed my skin and got it back on track. Highly recommend Tina!Overall the clinic is clean, professional and knowledgeable.The wait times are the only thing I notice could be improved when seeing the Dermatologist at this clinic. Even with a scheduled appointment give yourself extra time as you will still be waiting well past your appointment time slot.

Drs are great. After waiting several weeks (over two months) for a call back (instructions on their voice mail are extremely clear to only leave one message due to backlog) I called back to ask for an appointment apologizing for HAVING to call back. I was told that I was a discharged patient (however it hasn't been two years since I was last there, but it was a different doctor as Dr Kent wasn't available). When I tried to explain that I was told I was being aggressive, I politely said thank you and hung up. No apology for not calling me back for months and allowing my care to go unattended. Will be looking for a new caregiver.

I was referred to GraceMed Oakville from my doctor for a facial cyst removal.From my initial phone conversation with reception, to all appointments booked they were all so pleasant and accommodating. Fantastic client care!I met with Dr. Waltho for consultation and eventual removal.He has a wonderful bed side manner, provides clear steps as to what will happen before, during and after.I have to say the results are more than I expected with very little scarring.I absolutely would recommend and go back to him and GraceMed Oakville if I had any future needs!

The clinic is top-notch! The only problem is the waiting and that I couldn't reach the reception over the phone. However, everyone is so friendly! Dr. Taylor is very professional, and Nathalia, the assistant, was very kind as well. Thank you!
