Dulux Paints

Amazing customer service from Rep named Erica. She was very pleasant. We called in beforehand and she explained each paint very well. We then came and she clarified again and was very patient with us. I don’t really leave reviews but this was absolutely outstanding. We will be coming back to this location again.

Came to get a colour match. Unfortunately it was too close to closing time and the woman working said she was busy finishing up a large order… why is there only 1 person working? Not efficient and annoying. Should call ahead first.*edit* Thank you Kevin for the generous offer and saving me the trip to another store location. I appreciate the kindness and wish you all the best. I know times are difficult right now, and realistically, it's hard to anticipate how busy the store will be on any given day, therefore, scheduling is difficult, just was an unfortunate situation. Thank you again!!

Yesterday, I came to the store to do a colour match and was greeted by Erica. She is so customer service oriented and very knowledgeable. I had some questions as I was unsure about certain aspects of my painting project and she guided me with ease giving very wise advice and tips.It was a very pleasant wonderful trip to this store!

Had a wonderful experience in this location today. It far surpassed any of my previous experiences with paint stores. The people working were friendly, attentive, knowledgeable and did not pressure us to buy. The sale in store was a bonus. The products we purchased were carried out to our car, in the rain, and placed into our vehicle for us. Even though we are moving out of town, we will make the trip to buy paint here in the future.

Called this location to confirm whether or not they had an order from our contractor for a relatively large job. Person who answered the phone was miserable. Rude, couldn’t answer the very simply question clearly and then hung up on me! Get an education on customer service. You can actually Google how it’s done, ‘Cas’. Taking my business elsewhere because if a place is this brutal before I’ve handed them my money, can’t imagine what they’d be like after. Also pulling my contractor to a different vendor who has client service down right.

I was at the store yesterday and Jake served me. He was nothing but rude and arrogant.

I went to look for Benjamin Moore in the plaza and mistakenly went to Dulux Store. The store manager welcomed me and I mentioned that I am looking for Benjamin Moore store. Just I was about to leave the guy asked me if I am looking for any particular product. I mentioned that I am looking for particular colors my painter bought from Benjamin and he mentioned that he can possibly make same colors with even better quality paints. He showed me around some really good deals and hooked me up with some really good quality paint. He suggested me colors and products as if it was his own project. Great customer service! Very knowledgeable and amazing products. I think I will always shop from Dulux from now.

Great customer service. The Manager Scott is stellar in terms of being helpful, knowledgable, and has a sense of humour. Staff follows suit. We do alot of painting and this is my favorite Dulux store in the GTA

Visited this store few days ago after a long time, and had a very good customer experience after dealing with Mr Vasu, the new store manager. He went out of way to answer my queries, and his focus was always to provide best customer satisfaction. My previous experience was not like so before with this store.

They dont even desirve 1 star.Worst customer service you can ever expect. I called in last week and ask few questions about 2 different paints but there was girl name Erica was hell rude.she has seriously wrost attitude as a customer rep. & really does not want a sale at all.she litterly yield at me when i asked the different between two different quality paints. As a customet i have every right to ask the question before i choose what i wantBut she has anger management issues which cost them to keep loosing customers. I will ever never go back to this store again. I called banjamin moore & got the best customer service on other end .i get end of buying the right product from them. Delux paint needs to school their employees before they put them on floor to help customers.
