The staff here are great. They take the time to explain the issues plain and simple terms. They even stayed late to get our vehicle back to us before the next morning. Highly recommended service shop.

It's my first visit for my Mazda 2016 upon recommendation of my friend. I had a bit of delay, the waiting area equipped with a tv which helps, hopefully they were doing a good job for the previous customers. I asked them to check another problem other than the original appointment request, they did the diagnosis and booked me another appointment. Overall , it was good visit. I highly recommend.

Well I'm not in the habit of giving reviews but i have to. I had major issues with my vehicle's alignment. I bought the vehicle not knowing about the issue. Other places that are suppose to do the work, wouldn't touch it. My Brother in law told me about Meineke. He had some exhaust work done and was happy with the work and service. I went in and talked to Mo. My vehicle needed a subframe. He said he would do it.Long story short.I picked up my vehicle yesterday and it handles like new. The work done by Mo and his team are second to none . They sent pictures to keep me updated . Even sent a video of an issue i was having. They done an excellent job. So if you want great job at a good price. Here's the place to go! Thanks again, Meineke!

Their service is great. It was quick and the process is smooth. Price is very reasonable. Getting appointment is very easy and they make sure you are well reminded of your appointment. Staff is also very professional and accomodating. They are partnered with UBER as well so you can get cheaper safety vehicle certificate compared to other shops.

I received fast, friendly and superlative service from this great team. I visited, for the first time, because of an unexpected exhaust issue; the Meineke team squeezed us in right away, identified the issue and presented us with a cost effective fix. The use of video to show us the issue was very effective.

Professional staff! Ocean and Moe were very nice and respectful. They are not like other mechanic shops. When they change my oil I can be comfortable that they are actually checking all the other fluids unlike other shops. They also take pictures of anything they believe I should get checked/fixed.

After the work was done, the staff (the owner and a woman named Ocean) reviewed the state of my truck with me (filter, tires, battery, etc) displaying these images on a TV screen. Very helpful as seeing is believing. Both staff were honest and straightforward. Will return.

I go to the Meineke location on Wellington at minimum twice a year for an oil change and to put on my winter/summer tires. I have never had a bad experience here!They are always so kind, and explain anything I ask about!I recommend them to all family and friends!
