This store in Chatham Ontario is the WORST Best Buy I have ever dealt with. The Managers are terrible and not even trained properly in customer service. One manager even stands outside the entrance door smoking every 20 minutes. I shouldn't have to walk through her disgusting secondhand smoke to enter the store. I'll never shop at this place again.

DO NOT GO TO THIS BEST BUY WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE IVE NEVER HAD SO MANY ISSUES IN MY LIFE … let’s start first with my husband bought a laptop here a very high and expensive quality laptop it will not work unless plugged in let’s move to the next issue I bought a stove 3 days the time and or day they were coming kept being pushed back over and over and over again making us wait around the house for days now they won’t issue a refund for the 1000 dollars I spent on it the guy in the store said he would call to let us know and never did guy on the phone tells me I won’t see my own money for five days they are giving me a run around for the stove and now a refund I WILL NEVER BUY ANOTHER THING FROM BEST BUY AND THEY SHOULD BE SUED

If I could give a negative number for this review I would. The delivery company they use is awful and Best Buy does not seem to care. Never, ever will I ever buy anything that requires delivery from Best Buy again.

The Service I received was above and beyond. LYNDSAY from the Mobile department went through so many hoops trying to get me a phone and setting up a service plan for the first time. The amount of stress that was involved due to errors and Telus system issues this past day and a half, I'm very thankful for how hard and how much effort she put into making it happen. She most definitely deserves a raise.

I went in the store last night to look for stereo speakers. They actually have a great selection. I was very surprised by how many people they had working. You would think they would be tripping over themselves to help me. I spent an hour and got 0 help. I approached a couple of people who said they would help out when they were free I guess they meant another day. Everyone else were standing around socializing and even goofing around. No wonder some of the prices are so high they pay all these sales people to stand around and not work. I havent been to a best buy in many years so I can't say if this is the norm everywhere. I am surprised of how many speakers they had. I didn't know that was something they really dealt with. I hate writing these things but when I waste an hour of my life and they don't care about a sale that big what is the world coming to. If this store doesn't care about its customers I thought people should be aware. There were so many sales people there. A few of those guys there looked like they were better than everyone else and had pure attitude. Here we are a few days before Christmas and it should have been warm and inviting. I'm a family man and could have spent thousands for my kids if they had wowed me with helping me with the speakers. Now they lost a customer for life. I couldn't even find a phone number to talk to a manager. Talk about impersonal. I can go to Costco and they have hundreds of people there and they are always pleasant and you can always find someone to help you.

I ordered the black Friday deal. They were supposed to contact me, which they did the Friday following the black Friday. Said they didn't have any phones in stock was I still interested. Yes I am. Ok. We will call you when we have them in. Great. The following Thursday I get a call. We have it in, do you want us to hold for you. Yes that's great. Traveled 30 min after work, get the phone. Start signing me up. Oh sorry we can't give you that deal. It was only available the black Friday weekend. Yes I know, I requested it but had to wait for phone. Well it's out of our control, virgin mobile no longer has deal. Ok. Wait. How much extra is the new phone if I'm not getting the deal. 33$ a month. Ok, no thanks. Two times I was contacted and at no time was I told that deal would not apply. Would have been nice to know that before I wasted my time and the drive!!! Seems very shady that there was no phone available until after the deal was unavailable.

This is the most staffed retail store with incompetent help. These associates are just there to “look cool” having a job and getting outside to vape as soon as they can. They have no interest in helping customers. There’s no knowledge thereVery unfortunate

Mike at Geek Squad was very helpful with our new computer set up. He recovered our email address which I accidently locked out when we got the computer home. Also he set up access in orderto load pictures from our dated digital camera. Professional and knowledgeable.
