I did not like their customer service at all,we called before going there to exchange currency, they said we have enough money to exchange, so when I got there , he is saying my boss took the money to the other branch without me knowing that, its unprofessional and was a waste of my time !! I mean we are all human and make mistake its totally fine however, I went next day and he gave me way lower rate and lost lots of money here and there. I think they should at least do something about it but he was not willing to do so . Although I would need to exchange money in the future but that was my 1st and last time going to this place.

I found them to have the best rate to purchase Euros with no service fees unlike other exchange places.

Not satisfied as they kept tossing me over to other people every few seconds. He quoted my 440 then when I asked what the price was he told me to hold on and gave me his other employee who changed their price all of a sudden. They are not consistent. For that reason I am not going to go to this place again. Waste of 1.5 hours of my time. Rude and disrespectful staff. You lost a customer.

Owners/Employee extremely rude. I got a better rate at the CIBC ATM after this place did not want to match my online account rate with xe - I did not give him a online viewing rate but a trade rate that I can purchase. The guy didn't even turn from his desk when i asked if he can match rate. He just answered NO" I walked out I will never revisit this place nor will my husband after being treated like garbage. Go elsewhere where they value their customers instead of getting ripped off!"

I've used Babylon Exchange for years now and the staff are all so friendly and really great people. The owner Kareem is a charming individual and his business is always fair and always gives the best rates. Highly recommend for anyone who needs currency exchange or money transfers!

Great service from Mr Saed at this. Rate was competative and the service was pleasant . Parking was easy and available also. I DO recommmend .

They should hire better people. The lady on the phone started shouting at me when I asked her about equivalent amounts in different currencies. She kept repeating the same amounts but with a louder voice! I have been transferring money with them for almost two years now. This is not the first time, but I will definitely never transfer any money through them again.
