My dentist recently retired after looking after my teeth for 40 years! This was my first visit. My hygienist, Holly, was great! She made me feel comfortable & was very friendly & knowledgeable. The dentist & receptionist were both helpful & professional. I am very pleased I chose Brighton Dental Centre!

An excellent dentist office. They were very accommodating on my visit due to some anxiety issues they made every effort to make sure I felt comfortable. The hygienist was excellent she was explaining everything as she was doing it which made me feel comfortable with what was going on. The dentist was equally as excellent explaining everything that needed to be done. I was also very impressed with the dental equipment being able to see x-rays as they happened and the 3D scan of your teeth was pretty cool as well.

Amazing work. Made me feel comfortable and taken care of. Really happy with thee experience.

Today was my new patient visit as we have just relocated to Brighton On. I could not have felt more comfortable if the staff had come directly ro my home. They were extremely personable, attentive, professional and all at the same time ensuring all protocols were met. So glad we found our new dentist close to home!!!

Not a lover of going to the dentist, and not a lover of reviews, but this dental office is absolutely great. Friendly, professional. Probably the best experience I have had at a dentist ever, including the getting the work done. Highly recommend.

I had my first dental visit today and everyone was so welcoming! My dental hygienist Kinsley was very knowledgeable and thorough! Highly recommended!

Horrible experience as all they wanted was to pad the billing and really don’t care about their patients at all.I had my teeth cleaned and was bullied into having X-rays etc as this was my first time there. I informed them I had been to the dentist every four months or so for my life and they could ask my previous dentist for the X-rays as I just had them done. Moved into the area.I went in and they cleaned my teeth and ever since I left I have had sensitive teeth on my left side which I have never had before. Not saying they did anything but….As I was booking another cleaning, the hygienist harassed me about having X-rays done and I just figured they did not care about anything but getting procedures done and charging. I advised them that would contact them for my next cleaning.I unfortunately informed them that I chipped my tooth and booked an appointment to have the tooth fixed and finally advised them that yes go ahead with the exam also. The day came and I went into my appointment to finally have the chip fixed and to my surprise I was booked in just for the ex-rays and nothing about my chipped tooth in which the appoint was originally booked for. To say the least I was appalled and just left.I just could not believe this and a week later they have not had the decency to contact me regarding the incident which truly shows they could not care about their clients and just about getting money for any procedures they can bill for.Truly disappointing and understand there was no yelling or screaming during all of this. So no reason not to resolve this issue unless they don’t care about their client in which this clearly states.Plus I was there twice and never seen the dentists at all.
