i lost my Original bolts on the table legs. Rona staff couldn’t find them and recommended me to come to Brafasco. The gentleman who helped me quickly located the bolts and the washers and when I tried to pay, he said these are on him and greeted me with merry Christmas. He was so nice and it made my day!

Told me 20% restock fee on my $565.36 before tax item. Got back $424.02 before tax equal to 33 Percent. Also was told I could not take this back if I wanted to"I didn't want to argue risking my item to be DENIED RETURNUnbelievable and unacceptable"

Markus or Marcus, forgive me if I spell your name wrong, he is superbly helpful with the bolts that I need. It is my first time to DIY my bike and it’s hard to find the parts that fits my bike. Marcus helped me out and he is such a chill guy.

The staff here are kind, friendly and knowledgeable! I really enjoyed my visit here the other day and wanted to thank the workers who helped me and partner in the store.Great selection of products, tools and hardware. I will continue to come here !

It’s been years and their service haven’t changed. Coming to this store is like going to your favourite bar but instead of beer it’s coffee and knowledgeable friendly service. This is the place where everyone knows your name. =] Cheers!

The staff member was amazing but the price a totally rip-off. They charged me 53.17 for a pack of 3 Bandsaw blades. The same product costs:IHL - 22.99Mississauga Hardware - 24.99BC Fasteners - 26.52I actually got offended considering my Company shops regularly at Brafasco.Be aware of price abuse.
