The manager at the Cottonwood outlet was soooo knowledgeable and so efficient at setting up my new iPhone 11 he made it look easy, of course for me, it would have been a nightmare! Thanks to him again and a very Merry Christmas to him and his family. P.S. on a scale of 1 to 10 he deserves a 15 and a raise in pay.

Called to reserve a phone. Was told it’s in stock. Drove in to re up my contract and purchase a new phone. Booth completely empty for over 20 minutes with no sign of anyone working here or what’s going on. It’s a Saturday at 130pm in the middle of a mall, how is this happening? I would rate negative stars if possible.

1 person working! Speaking Punjabi with 4 other people just to ask me if I had only a question and I replied no that I would like to add a phone to my plan....he said he'll be more than an hour....an hour with your friends? I have had multiple phones hooked up here and never had it come close to an hour on a bad day....never will I come back to this place

I was given false information that ultimately screwed me over. I will be sending more information on my complaint directly to rogers. (I’ve already been on the phone for over an hour) The guy was very friendly in person and seemingly helpful, but I found out two days later from multiple different rogers representatives (including management) that the information and the directions given were not accurate, ultimately costing my around $1000 when it should have been less then $500. And I’m being told nothing can be done.If you are going to this kiosk double check the information, or better yet just go to Telus.

Harkarn at Rodgers in cottonwood mall went above and beyond to help me with my phone glitch. I would highly recommend this Rodgers location!!! I’ve always had good service there.

Dedicated staff, working hard to get me that best deal for my phone! I found that this team went above and beyond to make sure that I didn’t miss the great Black Friday deal that was happening today. Thanks so much to the guys working in the Rogers kiosk in the mall!
