I usually don't have any problems with the clinic but how do you put someone on hold for almost 15 minutes? I understand you're very busy but I also like to think my time is valuable as much as the next person. This is very disappointing.

Even though you’re kid is very sick and keep’s vomiting they never even take you they said it’s full. So disappointed to this clinic. Staff is not good no consideration.

Forgot to post a week or so ago. This is pretty much the only place that you can go these days without a long wait, and get yourself treated without hassle.The lady at the front desk on weekends is always nice and bubbly. Seems she genuinely enjoys her job. :)

Wonderful clinic. My first visit (& definitely won’t be my last). Su at reception was friendly, caring, helpful, and super organized, on what was a busy Sunday at the clinic … and Dr. Lamin was great too.

Westend Callingwood Medical Clinic
I had a wonderful experience here. I usually never give reviews but the hard work Su (the receptionist) did warranted everyone knowing. Being a first time mom I was concerned and needed to book an appointment for my little one. She understood my concern and worked very hard for me to see the doctor as soon as she could. She is very kind and helpful, with a smile on her face in a usually very busy clinic.

With or without appointment, I have always received prompt, compassionate and effective service from this clinic. Dr. Khan is competent and personable (as are all their doctors actually) and Su is a pleasure to deal with throughout the years. Recommend!
