Great place happy with the repair and very fast.

Come because I already done jobs here by my insurance.This time, I just a repair (without insurance) because I’m selling my car.They didn’t wanted to take me.

Had to bring my vehicle multiple times for repairs. No quality control. Delays are enormous. Last time took 1 month to replace front bumper cover, fender and some minor mechanical stuff

I recently had my car repaired at Fix Auto, but unfortunately, the parts they fixed started falling apart soon after. I reached out to the company, expecting that the repair would be covered under warranty. However, I was disappointed to find out that they were giving me reasons not to cover it. As a customer, I expected better customer service and a commitment to honoring the warranty they offer.Overall, my experience with Fix Auto was unsatisfactory. I would not recommend their services to others. It is important for companies to take responsibility for their work and stand behind their warranties, and Fix Auto did not meet these expectations. I encourage others to seek out alternative options for their auto service needs.Update: When I went to get my oil and tires changed, found out that 3 nuts in total were missing from 2 wheels. Also the bottom splash shield was screwed so tight that they could not open it for oil change.Edit: In response to this review they are asking me to contact customer service when they were the one who denied the claim. LOL.
