I understand they want fast service, but orders taken are not correct and they make the customers in drive thru to be fast. The glazed for timbits are so thin that it’s yucky to eat the timbits. I paid the right price but my orders are incorrect. They have to work fast AND take the orders correctly.

This is worst timmies in town. Theres a reason the drive thru line is ALWAYS empty. I got told that they arent serving breakfast right now" when i tried to get breakfast at 4pm

Employees made us feel rushed, they didn’t listen over the drive thru mic and frequently interrupted us while giving our order. Getting to the window they didn’t know what we ordered and we had to repeat ourselves twice. The lady who took our order said she didn’t hear us say what sauce we wanted and tried to charge us 2.49 for a shot size cup of chipotle sauce so we drove off annoyed. I come here in the mornings once in a while and have felt uncomfortable with their allowance to let homeless setup tents and lay outside their back door. Often their trash bin is scattered everywhere as-well. Very disappointed, with Tim Hortons same with the one just down the street at the gas station. Only good Tim’s left in chilliwack is near superstore in the other side of town, this location has lost a customer. I must add the Chilli I had gotten was watered down, and the BLT was not cut, not sure what’s going on but I felt pretty ripped off

Waited for 15 minutes to order, didn't have anybody in front of me, nobody said Hello or anything to me the Staff walked forth and back without even lifting their Heads just to acknowledge that they know a Customer is waiting to be served.I decided that was enough time to wait and walked out of Tim Hortons.

The staffs in this location are terrible. They are very rude. I live close by and this is where we buy breakfast almost every morning. They messed up my orders many times and I decided to always check my orders before I leave the drive through line. The staffs there told me to leave and check my order in the parking lot and if there is any problem with my order that I should come back. I told them I’m not leaving until I make sure my orders are complete. They shut the window on me and told me my time is up. Like seriously? Come back to the line up that has about 15 people in line while I’m in a hurry not to be late for work. The staffs need to do better

This location does not follow company standards. I had terrible coffee, awful chilli and the worst croissants ever!I've been going to Tim Hortons since 1982. I grew up in the city where it all began. I had my first coffe at the first Timm Hortons on Ottawa Street in Hamilton, ON. Ive been a fan and regular ever since. When i say this location is off in many ways. I know what im talking about.

Service was extremely slow, cashier did not know the difference between a regular bacon breakfast sandwhich and a BLTWas short 1 doughnut and the one I did get (honey dip) had almost no glaze on it.Terrible service, terrible product. Bad even by timmies standards.

I've been using this facility 3 decades but it's my final time after last visit. Service was painfully slow even though there was half dozen staff on duty. When I sat down, a staff member sat behind me, either shift break or over. She had a mobile playing a clip or movie. Very, very annoying as she could have used earbuds.

Absolute garbage service. I work in fast food myself, and know for a FACT that leaving a lobby full of customers for almost 10 minutes without acknowledging a single one of them is unacceptable. Once finally acknowledged we had to wait almost 15 minutes for 2 beverages.
