If I could leave 10 stars I would. Impeccable and pleasant experience from start to finish. Chris and Ryan caught an additional issue with my leaking unit by surprise and were able to repair keeping the cost low while being transparent, resourceful and committed. There are no competitors in town that would even come to see my unit because I didn’t purchase it from them. This team came willingly and I will only be using them moving forward.

Chris and Lorie have great products, and absolutely top quality customer service, the absolute best company to deal with. We'll be using them for multiple installations in future, I can't recommend them enough.

We had a new water softener installed today by Bill & Clayton.They did a fantastic job and were extremely pleasant to deal with.Also the lady that answers the phone was very helpful and friendly.Would 100% recommend their services. Best water store in Georgetown.

when my water softener decided that the water in my house needed to taste like salt i had no idea what to do, i called a couple places that were very interested in charging me a whole lot of money and service plans to resolve the issue. i called Chris and Laurie and was incredibly impressed with how honest friendly and professional they are. Chris came in repaired my softener hooked me up with a great price on an RO system in case this happens again and i am all set for considerably less than a service plan from other companies. i really appreciate you guys teaching me how these things work rather than just selling me something i didn't need. thanks again!!!

Just moved to the neighbourhood a little while ago. Was recommended to call Chris for any problems with my water softener. He was amazing!!! Totally trustworthy, personable and reliable. As it turns out, I had the 'by pass' on and this was the 'problem' with the unit. Chris and I had a good chuckle and he walked me through the 'ins and outs' of how to run the unit and ensure that it was working. Chris is the guy to call for any issues with your water. Also great place to buy your salt and spring water :)

Dealing with this company has been a complete revelation and a breath of fresh air compared with the nightmare of service and maintenance companies we’ve been dealing with over the past couple of years. Lori and Chris went over the top to respond to our softener issue and got back to us with the replacement of the resin in a week, even though supply is a real issue in the region. Chris also came back the next day to recharge my RO drinking water tank at no cost. Wow, what service!

Chris impressed me from the point I walked into his store. I explained that I was looking to purchase a new water softener however before I could even start looking at new systems, Chris started asking me questions about my current water softener. He stated that before I make a purchase that he would like to see if he could fix the problem and he would drop by my place in 15 minutes. Right there, I knew this was the person I wanted to do business with.Chris came over and tried multiple times to fix the problem. He was at my place for over an hour, he apologized and said he did his best but it was not fixable. Again, his professionalism, genuine attitude and experience supported my first impression.Within one day, he had his team come in and replace the water softener.
