Next to no fries. Wings were cold chewy and no sauce. Called to complain. They were rude and told us to go straight to corporate. Disgusted!

We had the most disappointing diner tonight. The entire meal was terrible, the wings were soggy with next to nothing for sauce and we paid for extra sauce . The fries were over salted. I had to throw them out. A complete waste of 60 bucks

My favourite place to get wings in Waterloo. I’ve been a regular customer and their 50% off wings on Tuesdays is an amazing deal. The servers are super nice and their service is super quick as well. There are so many different flavours to choose from and they’ve never disappointed with their food. My friends also requested for more flats than drums which they accommodated for. All in all, this is definitely a place I would recommend, especially on Tuesdays!

Wings were overcooked. Very dark brown and dry, did not taste good. Fries on the other hand were undercooked, soft and the container was only 1/4 full. Will not return.

Ordered the Maverick wings (five kinds), Irish Nachos and Cheesecakes to go.Didn't have one of the wing types we wanted, had to pick another. So that took longer.Made my nachos wrong, because red letters saying No Jalapenos apparently didn't register with the kitchen staff...so that had to be fixed...and made me wait even longer.Ordered five cheesecakes, but somehow the server missed that and I only got (and paid for) one...so only the birthday boy got cake today.Food was decent, and thankfully still warm after waiting longer than expected. The dry wings weren't evenly coated, but still good.Server was nice, and very apologetic for the problems.We might try the place again, but maybe not for takeout.

Best wings place in town! Go there on a Tuesday. The offer is pretty good. Variety of super rich flavors. Absolutely tasty!!

Yikes, classic case of lousy management. We went here for dinner with the kids on a Tuesday night. The restaurant was moderately busy, but not packed.We waited 40 minutes for our food before we called it a night. We ordered basic wings, nothing special. For some reason several other tables got their orders even though they came in well after us.No real apology from a manager or anything. Paid for our drinks and headed out.Someone needs to train staff on processes, this place has gone down hill.
