Had an excellent experience at Bay Mazda. I needed to have my tires changed asap; was under a tight deadline to pick up my children. Client service was very understanding and the work was done quickly. Am very happy with my new tires. The whole team was extremely friendly. Highly recommend!

Went for an oil change, car was taken in on time. Asked to have belt checked, I could hear a belt squeal. Had belt in stock and fixed while I was there. The price was very reasonable. Was also offered a car wash since I was getting my oil changed, nice perk. Definitely getting my oil change there regularly, great thing was they are open for service on Saturday's. My Mazda 5 is the best car I have ever owned, too bad they don't make them anymore.

A superb team.I am late posting this review, having purchased a used and a new vehicle from Bay Mazda in 2021. The first, a used vehicle without trade in, was such a transparent, efficient and honest affair that I returned within a month. My second visit was for a trade-in purchase of a new vehicle based specifically upon the excellent Mazda product and Bay Mazda's performance the month before.I had dealt with three other dealerships in searching for these vehicles. The level of honest, effective and friendly service stood in stark contrast to the other dealerships most notably in their clear, respectful and direct discussions on pricing and valuations. Decided to keep my leased Mazda, originally purchased when living in another city (Vaughan). My review is about the service quality I got at this business. I had an issue with my vehicle on a long trip and Bay Mazda was the nearest service (luckily). I was stuck on road far away from my home town so they could easily overcharge me if they had wished to do so. But they didn't. They were transparent, professional, reliable, efficient. Thank you.

Great buying experience. Increadibly friendly and helpful. Ive had experiences in the past with other dealerships where ive felt mislead and pressured. I had the exact opposite experience here. Recently bough a new car from this Mazda dealership and had a great experience. After going to a different dealership and being turned away with no options for purchasing on-site or ordering a vehicle, we called Bay Mazda and they had lots of vehicles on the lot for purchase including the model we were interested in. They saw us day-of and provided us with a test drive and time to sit with a sales associate, Matt, to discuss purchasing which was great.When we finalized the sale we ran into difficulties with trading in our current vehicle, and one of the managers Aidan and finance associate Kaycee were extremely helpful and accommodating in helping us sort out the trade-in on short notice. Toby was also excellent at showing us the features of our car when we got it and offered for us to come back if we wanted to turn off or on any of the features. He also booked us in for an oil change before we left which was convenient. We live in Kingston but will be returning here for services when we can as they have a great team here.
