Positive, positive & positive in integrity, service & attitude. I live in a condo since new for 8 years. Comes with it is a Blum lifting mechanism for cabinet door. Due to frequent usage, one set of mechanism failed last week. I called Blum and served by Luce Beauregard. I gave Luce the details and after checking for failure reason, Luce sent me document and instruction on how to remove cabinet door to weigh it for power factor on lifting. Within a week of communication, I got 2 sets of new mechanism for the failed and another one that are installed. With detail instruction and video, I got them installed within a week since I first notified Blum and Luce. I am thankful for Blum & Luce. Jan Cheung Feb 8, 2023.
