MSA Ford Service

Everyone from the start of driving up, and meeting the first person of contact, the service advisor, the shuttle driver, to the very end experience of the paying my bill. (I wish I could remember everyone's names because they deserve the shout outs). Everyone was very professional, and made my first visit with them exceptionally wonderful. Thank you for the great experience.

We needed a Kay cut for our ford. Told us to tow our car there then told us they couldn't cut the key Cost towing and two vacation days waiting in the service department just to cut a key. We ended up going to a mobile key cutter that did the work in minutes.

I've had multiple positive experiences with this establishment with a wide range of service needs and they've always provided me with above average customer service.

Absolutely the worst customer service I have received in car dealer service shop. I have been their customer for last decade and they have changed the entrance to the service bay recently which I didn't notice. I have parked in front of the service bay door which opens automatically to let you in but it didn't because they changed it recently and a shuttle driver came over to me and gave me a very rude attitude which ruined my day. They need to train their employees for better customer service. I don't expect friendly customer service in a car dealership but this kind of rude attitude wasn't expected either. I have bought several vehicle from them myself, referred many friends and families and regularly serviced my F150 truck for many years. This will be my last business with MSA Ford.

My experience no good. My car stopped running so I had it towed to the dealership paid 160 for a diagnostic test on my car . They tell me its the tcm that needs to be replaced n it might take up to 5 months for the part. So 5 months goes by they call me n tell the part is in. So they put new tcm in n my car still isn't running. Now there telling me I have to pay 160 for another diagnostic done on it n it could be an electrical problem but that's not covered under warranty. So here I sit still with no car.

Had some warranty work done after a new battery went dead all a sudden following a service that was done. Ford techs resolved the issue quickly and fairly. Recommend to all

The engine in our ford f150 was making a ticking noise on  cold start so we brought it in twice to msa. They could not find anything wrong and we were charged for it which is fine but annoying. We knew there was obviously something going on so we took it to Magnuson ford and they found the issue and fixed it. We were told by MSA that there was no problem and the noise was normal which was obviously false. Just skip MSA service centre and go directly to Magnuson.Edit to reply to owner:You must have the wrong customer in mind because nobody ordered any parts in. I Have the paperwork in front of me where it states no issues were found when in fact we knew there was a problem due to the noise we were hearing.

I take my work truck to MSA for service. I always deal with the first person I spoke with the first time I called. Lorraine in service. I always get great service, she is always prompt, makes sure the work is done when she says it will be (and last time was even faster) and MSA should be proud to have her representing them.

If you use this service shop you better have a lot of time to go back and get it fixed right repeatedly.

The work is usually fair and thorough but during my last visit, they included an related oil change. I had the oil changed elsewhere less than 2 months ago. Still had 85% remaining. Wish had they checked this before doing jt.
