Mr. Lube + Tires

I recently visited the tire and lube shop for an oil change located on Henry in Brantford.I was impressed with the exceptional customer service provided by the staff. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a smile and felt welcomed. The team was friendly, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to ensure I felt comfortable and informed throughout my visit. They thoroughly explained my options and never pressured me to buy anything unnecessary. The service was prompt and efficient, and I appreciated the attention to detail.I was pleased with everything from start to finish and will definitely be returning for future service needs. Thank you for providing such terrific customer service!

Great place, the staff is fast, and friendly, but watch out, they'll try to push services on you that you might not need. My last oil change there cost $109 for semi synthetic.

Went in after my husband put my summer tires back on with a weird noise. They immediately figured out that one of the tires was loose and tightened it completely for free! I offered to buy them some coffee but they turned me down, saying they were happy to help. Amazing folks here, I'll be using their services for life.

He was very welcoming, kind and had great customer service skills.I brought my car in for an oil change. They cleaned my window, checked my tire pressure and my air filter along with the oil change and it was all done in less than 15 minutes. Very impressive!

I was here recently for an oil change. They were conveniently located, service was fast and informative they let me know of upcoming maintenance needed as well as took the time to show me my cabin air filter to suggest a replacement. I was glad for such a full service and made a note to come back.However after almost having an accident since my brake pads were non existent my view has changed. After what I thought was a full comprehensive service apparently no one made a note or even bothered to look at the brake pads. They were completely gone and I had trouble stopping at highway speeds. Will always ask for a check whenever doing maintenance moving forward and never coming back.

Mr Singh was awesome. He gave me a warm welcome, some coffee, and lubricators my doors for me. Shasta was efficient, knowledgeable and all smiles! Excellent service!

Went last august to get brakes and rotors replaced since they needed to be done and I couldn’t get an appointment anywhere else. Not even 20,000kms later and they all need to be replaced again. I spent over 3 hours waiting for them to change these last year and spent over $1300! They should definitely last longer than 8 months. I will never return to a Mr. Lube for any service ever again. If I could give 0 stars I would.

Very disappointed! After waiting 10 minutes as they started the oil work. They stopped and said that my car was too expensive and they recommended I go to a dealership (an hour away). They left the oil filter loose and it was leaking, didn't completely close the under shield of my car and was hanging down when I left AND over tightened the valve stem caps on in my tires and damaged them. They charge dealership prices and give poor results. Went to another place (Total Tires) who charged half the price and fixed all the issues they created!!

The best place to go for your car! I have had a positive experience each and every time I’ve come to Mr. Lube. I had Shasta as my service person for my most recent oil change and she made me feel so comfortable! Such a positive personality and really knew what she was doing. If I could make any changes, it would be to have Shasta there everyday!

everytime I come here everyone is always very nice and gets me in and out. Nav helped me out today was especially nice with walking me through each service I needed.
