Withdrew money out of bank machine on the weekend of July 15 and only received 3/4 of a 20.00 bill from withdrawal. Went in to change the bill for a new one and Molly was so rude and just turned her back and walked away saying that what's not to say she tries getting another 20.00 with the other 1/4 of bill. I was not impressed with her customer service and her rude remarks.

They close their ATM room at 10pm or something EVERY NIGHT! So that means if you don't drive, you have to some how get to the south end because the new Sudbury mall is closed. Not a nice experience.During the day, the bank is always packed and there's no one working. They're all on lunch. I hated this bank drama so much I switched to another bank and never have these issues.

Lesley is an amazing financial advisor, She know how to treat people. Best hospitality I have ever seen among public banks, all staffs were good too.

Terrible bank to deal with. Leslie Lamaroux is incompetent, and Claudio the manager might as well have been a blow-up doll prop - didn't help in the least. Switched to TD Bank and couldn't be happier! So long, CIBC! I'd like to say it was a pleasure - but, well, that's life!
