No issues; the trailer I was renting was clean and ready to go when I got there. Fast and friendly.

Wish I could give negative stars. Made a reservation and it was not available when I got there. Then he asked me to wait 25 minutes... And he didn't know when it would be back go elsewhere The guy was rude.

If I could give them a zero I would. I booked a 26 foot truck to move my house and then 2 days before the moving day they call to say we have no more trucks. I booked the truck a month and half in advance. They call me 2 days before I have to move a whole house to say sorry no trucks. Then they thought offering me a pick truck or a van would make things better. Sorry they did say they would give me a discount. What a joke. Now I know how Jerry Seinfeld felt. Anyone can take a reservation but come the day when you need the truck they have nothing. I would be happy to talk to someone from U haul so they can explain to me how they go about taking reservations. Because I'm beyond angry right now. Like I said what a joke. Will not be using u haul ever again and will be advising others to do the same.

Fast and efficient service

Booked a truck for Saturday morning to be dropped off in Barrie. They called asking us to change our reservation to Friday night and returned back to Hampton within 24 hours. We said okay.We get a call 2 hours later saying there are no more trucks available to us. They claim because we changed our reservation we don't get a truck anymore.We call back the person who called us asking to change the times, and he claims he never said anything to us.
