I’m guessing most homeowners looking to hire a framer won’t understand what proper solid blocking looks like, or have no clue what it means when everyone on the crew reads for crown as a matter of common duty, or don’t realize that a great tradesman cannot avoid error but can implement a fine solution when error inevitably occurs.
